  • Orders under $99 incur a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout
  • Express shipping available at additional cost shown at checkout

Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier link. You can also track orders anytime from the "My Orders" section of your account.

Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, or local taxes in the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices. Prime1mg cannot control or predict customs delays.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If something is not right, our return policy is designed to make it easy.

When You Can Return

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item, dosage, or quantity
  • The product is expired or improperly stored
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Prescription medications that have been opened
  • Products with broken or tampered seals
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Products damaged through customer misuse or improper storage
  • Opened personal care or hygiene items

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@prime1mg.com with your order number, the item(s) to return, and the reason. Attach photos if the product is damaged.
  2. Wait for approval — our team responds within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
  3. Ship it back using a trackable shipping method to the address we provide.
  4. Inspection — we verify the item meets return eligibility upon receipt.

Refunds

  • Full refund for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
  • Product refund for unopened returns within 30 days (original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the return is our fault)
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • You may also choose store credit of equal value for future orders

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you
  • Please keep damaged items and packaging until the claim is resolved

Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:

  • Check your tracking link for the latest carrier update
  • Email us at info@prime1mg.com with your order number
  • We will investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or process a full refund
